Every project that enters the RMD Production floor follows a five-stage execution model designed for speed, safety and precision.

Our 5-Stage Execution Model

01. Technical Ingest & Manufacturing Design

Before machining begins, our production engineers review your 3D models to establish machining sequences, custom fixtures and tooling, helping reduce cycle times and hold geometric tolerances.

02. Heavy-Lift Material Logistics

With 10,000 kg overhead hoists and integrated site logistics, raw material is received, tracked and moved directly to the right processing cells without relying on third-party handling.

03. High-Tolerance Machining & Fabrication

High-capacity boring (up to 167" reach), precision milling, heavy turning (up to 56" diameter) and CWB-certified welding work side by side to keep results consistent at scale.

04. Quality Validation & Compliance

Quality control is built into every phase, using non-destructive testing (NDT), coordinate measuring and ISO 9001:2015 processes to confirm each component meets specification.

05. Protective Finishing & Turnkey Integration

Components move through in-house aluminum anodizing and chemical finishing for environmental resistance before final assembly, so systems arrive pre-integrated and ready to install.
