- Tell us the problem, not the part A drawing is welcome, but we are usually more useful when we understand what the equipment has to achieve and what is going wrong today.
- Bring us in early Design, machining, fabrication, controls and finishing all sit under one roof, so the earlier we see a project the more we can do about cost, schedule and buildability.
- Expect a straight answer If a project is not a fit for our shop, we will say so. If there is a simpler way to solve it than the one you asked for, we will tell you that too.
