We immerse ourselves in your process, to fully understand the good, bad and the ugly of your current state. We then ask: “How do you see this getting better? What are the constraints and what are opportunities to improve your process?” We then provide options to improve the end result of your current processes in order see greater future success.

This is an integrated design process where we take our new understanding of your current processes, the desired improvements and the net effect you wish to see at the completion of the process. This is a gated approach. We start with what do physically need made, then we do a 3d model of the machine. We do R&D testing to confirm repeatable consistency and accuracy. We then establish a working system that meets your stated effects.

We strive to maintain an in house philosophy for as many mfg processes as possible to maximize quality and timely completion. This allows us to know where you project is in real time and to personally see it through design, modelling, R&D, final testing and completion.

We make sure that the customer is involved in this aspect of the process. If we are testing something we want to make sure the effect meets the desired outcome in concert with the customer. Commissioning, also done by our in house team includes shipping, installation, training and operational training/manuals as well as all required commissioning documentation.
